We Guarantee to have the job completed to your complete satisfaction.
The work shall be covered by Warranty on parts specified by the individual manufacturer.
Should any problem arise within 6 months of the completion due to faulty workmanship, we
will rectify the problem “FREE”.
The warranty does not cover vandalism, deliberate damage and damage by other trades.
Our company puts quality and service first. Your job will be given our utmost care and
attention; therefore we do not cut costs by cutting corners. You deserve to be a completely
satisfied client who will refer others to us without hesitation. You can rest absolutely assured
of professional workmanship. To support what I have just said following this page is a
complete list of what you should expect as a client of TJ Electrical.
Our estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of this proposal.
Terms and Conditions of Payment:
• Account keeping charges of £20.00 a month on each overdue invoice will be charged
and payable.
• Payment terms are agreed upon before work commences.
• All materials remain the property of TJ Electrical until all payments have been
received in full and cleared.

• Customers will be supplied with an NAPIT electrical installation certificate on
completion of the works carried out.
